Pricing

Unless there is an error on our part, the pricing displayed during checkout is the valid pricing at that time. Please note that price changes are not retroactive, meaning you cannot request a price adjustment for a previous order if the price changes due to pricing adjustments or discounts. In certain cases where a return, refund, or exchange request is made - we may request a return of the product for investigation purposes. If we ask for a return, we will provide a return shipping label for your convenience. It's important to ensure that no, or minimal, additional damage occurs to the product and its original packaging between receipt and return. Please return all products and packaging components (including the shipping box) so that we may thoroughly review and understand the situation.
